Meet Rob Crouch
We bought a house in Old Town in 2013 with 24k down. We were freaking out on closing day because we thought we had a massive mortgage payment. It is a rental property now, and it’s been a huge blessing!
Making sure my small children don’t self-destruct.
Hipster coffee…black
Anything on my Traeger. Especially ribs.
I love sitting on the patio at either Bindle Coffee or Little Bird Coffee because so many friends saunter in and out of there while I hack away at my computer.
For us….Steamboat for sure. Great friends, great mountain biking, great river access, great skiing, hot springs and best of all you don’t have to fight everyone and their mom on I-70.
The Regional…Because it’s so dang tasty. And, it makes me so happy to see a local restaurant put out creative and unique dishes and cocktails.
Spend a bit more to buy something you can be in for a while. It makes just about any house recession proof.
The hardest part of listing a house comes well before you put the sign in the yard. The pre-listing effort is painful, but it pays off in spades to get your house right before going to market.
Our bike trailer for our kids. It’s just an old second-hand beater, but we’ve been biking every chance we’ve had instead of driving and it’s been so dang fun for the whole family.
