Brews Ale House. Great Food, Beer, Music and People. Located right on the River Walk, the deck is awesome!!!
San Isabel Lake. My family has a little cabin up there. Its a great little get away for my family, the best part is no cell phone service!!
Park East. I guess I’m a little bias, but a long-time friend of mine recently purchased the restaurant. Not only does it have great food and drinks, but we always get the best service.
Get all of your ducks in a row before starting the “looking” process. There is nothing worse than losing out on “the one” because financing is not in place. Also, walk through a few homes prior to making a decision. This allows you to give your self permission to buy without regret or fear of missing something better.
This one sounds easy, but can being overwhelming while you are going through it. Get your home “parade” ready. If means cleaning, painting, de-cluttering, or even replacing the flooring, DO IT!! You will be rewarded in spades.
