Meet Courtney Singleton

The best money I’ve ever spent was investing in Dave Ramsey’s budget app, “everydollar.” I was horrible with my money before I invested in this app. Life changer!

My current passion project would be starting up a small business that etches glass (all custom work) as well as creating stickers and custom t-shirts. It’s been a challenge but I think we’ve about got everything firgured out and it’s going to be so rewarding…I’m super excited!

My favorite drink depends on the time of day, the morning would be water, the afternoon would be ice tea (unsweet) and the evening is an ice cold miller lite…yummy!

Steak (home raised beef) and Potatoes?? If that doesn’t count then it would definitely be my mom’s handmade spaghetti…nothing compares to it!

The best place in Southern Colorado to hang out is the Pueblo Riverwalk. They always have something going on that’s super fun and you can bar hop as well as eat at MANY of awesome restaurants.

The best weekend getaway for me would be camping at Taylor Park. Riding ATV’s and fishing is one of my favorite things to do in Taylor! Another weekend getaway that is my favorite would be hunting on my family’s land in Beulah.

My favorite restaurant would have to be La Tronica’s, located here in Pueblo. They have the most authentic Italian food I’ve ever ate. Their food tastes a lot like my moms does and she just happens to be Italian as well! The atmosphere in La Tronica’s is very warm and inviting to any newcomer, Frank and his family treat everyone that walks through the door like family!

Since I’m new at this, my advice to a buyer would be to make sure everything with financing is taken care first and foremost. Getting this figured out will allow us to work with a home that is in your price range. My next piece of advice would be to pick a couple neighborhoods that best fit your home style. This is a VERY scary and the largest purchase you’ll make in your life. Now, let’s make you guys home owner’s!!!!!!

The best advice I could give a seller would be that putting in extra time on your home can make things easier and more efficient in the process of selling your home. Doing little things like painting, picking up, cleaning the yard and small things like this make a HUGE difference.

Coco Butter lotion…love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
