Job Description

Office Assistant – Hours – 12:30 -4:30pm M-F

  1. Answer Phone & Greet visitors
  2. Maintain supplies and inventory
  3. Data entry / Scanning / Filing

Marketing

  1. Assist with agent marketing
    1. Create Web and Print Marketing Material
    2. Social media
    3. Direct Mail & Mail Merge

Transaction Coordinator

  1. Escrow Files
  2. Schedule Inspections/Repairs
  3. Schedule Cleaning/Photography/Showings/Appointments

Systems

  1. Creates and revises systems and procedures
  2. Ensures correct operation of office and equipment

Required Skills

    1. Organization and Scheduling
    2. Word processing
    3. Spreadsheets
    4. Strong Internet Skills (i.e. Craigslist, Dropbox, etc.)
    5. Strong Communication Skills both verbally and written
    6. Bookkeeping and QuickBooks Experience a plus
    7. WordPress, DocuSign, MLS experience a plus
