Office Assistant – Hours – 12:30 -4:30pm M-F
Marketing
- Assist with agent marketing
- Create Web and Print Marketing Material
- Social media
- Direct Mail & Mail Merge
Transaction Coordinator
Systems
- Creates and revises systems and procedures
- Ensures correct operation of office and equipment
Required Skills
- Organization and Scheduling
- Word processing
- Spreadsheets
- Strong Internet Skills (i.e. Craigslist, Dropbox, etc.)
- Strong Communication Skills both verbally and written
- Bookkeeping and QuickBooks Experience a plus
- WordPress, DocuSign, MLS experience a plus
