Office Assistant – Hours – 12:30 -4:30pm M-F

  1. Answer Phone
  2. Greet visitors
  3. Sign for deliveries
  4. Set up showings for clients
  5. Maintain supplies and inventory
  6. Data entry
  7. Scanning
  8. Filing
  9. Strong communication skills


  1. Assist with agent marketing
    1. Pre-list marketing
    2. Post-sale marketing
    3. Social media
    4. Direct Mail

Transaction Coordinator

  1. Escrow Files
  2. Schedule Inspections/Repairs
  3. Schedule Cleaning/Photography


  1. Creates and revises systems and procedures
  2. Ensures correct operation of office and equipment

Required Skills

    1. Organization and Scheduling
    2. Word processing
    3. Spreadsheets
    4. Strong Internet Skills (i.e. Craigslist, Dropbox, Evernote, MLS)
    5. Strong Communication Skills both verbally and written
