Office Assistant – Hours – 12:30 -4:30pm M-F
- Answer Phone
- Greet visitors
- Sign for deliveries
- Set up showings for clients
- Maintain supplies and inventory
- Data entry
- Scanning
- Filing
- Strong communication skills
Marketing
- Assist with agent marketing
- Pre-list marketing
- Post-sale marketing
- Social media
- Direct Mail
Transaction Coordinator
- Escrow Files
- Schedule Inspections/Repairs
- Schedule Cleaning/Photography
Systems
- Creates and revises systems and procedures
- Ensures correct operation of office and equipment
Required Skills
- Organization and Scheduling
- Word processing
- Spreadsheets
- Strong Internet Skills (i.e. Craigslist, Dropbox, Evernote, MLS)
- Strong Communication Skills both verbally and written
